I discovered the Alexander Technique as a way to successfully manage my own condition.    

• I completed the the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique 3-year full-time training to become a teacher.
• A STAT member for 30 years, my teaching includes teaching at Alexander Teacher Training School, BUPA Hospital Harpenden, (now Spire), as well as my own teaching practice in Hertfordshire.
